Walk from the road... Very accessible to all and. Many nearby stores and restaurants... Love the rooms so big for 2.. there's also a bath tub and. Complete accessories for all guest... Free breakfast you have to go to fat coco restaurant... Check in and. Check out. At. The a one royal cruise quite a hassle but worth it to stay

The rooms are small small, it's not a good place to stay. The staff do their best. It's noisy every single night from 10 pm, you won't sleep.

No room service. Even don't provide water bottle no water Available at hotel asking to bug from outside.

Worst service ever seen no for family how they say it as 4 star without having room service.

A beautiful hotel across the road from the ocean with a public transport available right at the front of the hotel to take anywhere in Pattaya, the rooms are large in size and the beds are very comfortable to sleep on , the room service is second to none towels and sheets changed daily, the breakfast is good with variety of choices, what makes your stay memorable is the staff the front desk manager
BAIFEM and her staff are so lovely and caring I had an issue with our room upon bringing it up to the manager Baifem with any hesitation she rectified the issue and moved us to another Room for the rest of our 12 days stay , we will be back to Pattaya in 6 months time because of the manager we decided to stay here again

The reception is not manned at all, you have to go to another A one hotel to check in. But they didn't even provide any information. A tour group was waiting in the lobby, they didn't know what to do. At checkout, the receptionists just walked away and just let me stand

Reasonable hotel. Clean and functional. Wi-Fi actually works which is unusual in Thailand.

Worst there was no housekeeping no room service no front desk nothing.its like condominium.rooms are tooo small. Never ever suggest to anyone.
