Perfect location (100 m away from the North Pattaya beach).

Awesome food (taste, quality and quantity top notch).

Good staff behaviour.

Breathtaking rooftop seaview dinning facility (must try).

Important point to note :

Be careful when you checkout of the hotel room. We have observed some guests are highly charged for minor stains in bedsheets or pillow covers. However, we did not face any such issue.

It was a horrible experience, We have confirmed for early check-in around 10 am and have booked in India itself with the full payment, However the receptionist said she cannot give the room before 2 pm. After a long tiring journey they treat there customers like this and not even apologize. Never book a hotel in advance over here.

Very good rooms for the price seaview rooms wanted to stay longer but they was busy nect to the beach shops bhat bus restaurants would book again they have rooftop bar

We stayed at the property on 1aug booked a sea view room ,hotel being fully empty The manager JOD played a racist game and gave us the worst room they had with a barely sea view despite repeated request he kept on saying hotel is fuulll but we found ,there were only few guest were staying ..instead of giving room to us he preferred keeping rooms empty.. thats not acceptable.. want hotel to take action

I was told to make payment up front for the collection from airport and PCR test before they would issue me the documentation to apply for my thai pass, after making payment no documentation was sent to me, after many emails i got some response but still not the correct documents and it was already too late. i lost money for my flights and camp i had paid for for 4 weeks and now they wont even refund my money i paid them upfront.
terrible service and would advise nobody to deal with this hotel EVER

Very close to Pattaya beach. Nice staff and the rooftop bar is good.
