We stayed 2 nights in this hotel ,I had very worst experience. First we have booked deluxe room. The room is very dirty and the air conditioning was noisy and lot of mosquitoes in our room. After that, we have informed in the reception and they changed to the junior suit room. It was clean and comfortable. Next, the breakfast was very useless and tasteless. Very basic breakfast. Overall very worst and disappointed in the first day.

Pros:
Very good garden villas
Supportive staff at the reception. Very friendly and helpful.
Very good swimming pool. Can dive and jump also. But, not cleaned well and dirty with dust. Need to maintain.

Cons:
You can expect insects and lizards in the room because of natural gardens. Need more maintenance.
Need more breakfast dishes
Need to clean the swimming pool everyday.

Rooms are small.. I was in A5 series 402, and there was no lock in bathroom.. Electric cattle was having rust.. ac was old.. remote hardly working.. room service in room was slow..

The only good part was location and swimming pool.. enjoyed breakfast at beach side was awesome..staying near local Thai food Market was great.

This hotel claims to be a 5 star, but its more 2/3 stars. Photos dont show reality, building is old. Rooms, although spacious, are old and dirty (especially bathroom). Buffet breakfast and food in general is tasteless. To avoid by any mean. Plenty of better deal for same price in Pattaya. We originally booked for 4 night but left the place after 2 days only.

To begin the room rates are overpriced for the quality if the accommodations. The daily rate was 6500 baht and an additional 500 for our 2.5 kilo dog.

It is not a place for people with mobility issues. The breakfast is served on the second floor of the main reception area and there is no elevator service.

Even though they offer a golf cart shuttle service they were never available or simply passed me by.

Upon arrival we had booked with Agoda and there was an issue checking in. Agoda misrepresented the property. Another issue I will be commenting on separately.

When we arrived at the three bedroom villa it appeared very old and rustic. The upper bedrooms had not been cleaned properly.

There were no large beds as expected. We were told they could simply push the beds together which was not particularly helpful.

There was no hot water in the showers except for the the top bedroom.

The ceiling fan on the lanai landing did not work.

The wifi did not have a strong signal and was not practical to use.

On our last day there was no television signal and therefor useless.

Breakfast was difficult to get to for me and the options were mediocre compared to other establishments of the same star rating.

Due to our schedule we were not able to have breakfast on the last day because of our early departure.

When checking out I had a 150 Thai baht from the bar from a previous night. I asked if they would consider comping the charge for our troubles, and the response was a “No”.

I would not recommend this hotel. The high price tag, mediocre services provided are not worth the hassle.

Has an amazing time staying at this hotel. Very close to the beach and not too far from the city of pattaya. Room and swimming pool are nice and clean. Excellent place to relax in an natural environment. The pricing is suitable as well.

Nice and peaceful location by the beach. Yummy food at the attached restaurant. Fairly-priced rooms and cottages. The staff is very hospitable. Wut at the reception is a rockstar. My wife and I had a wonderful stay out here for a couple of days. Definitely worthy of consideration.

Absolutely love the place!! Very beautiful and clean. It is right opposite to the beach so you have easy access. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for couples :) Thank you so much!
