My lovely home. Large, nice and cool swimming pool. Large apartments and studios but mostofthemvery old. Some time price for rent not adequate

We find it at Airbnb the Staff is nice and the pool is great. The room depent on who is renting it out. We find a great Guy at Airbnb. No problems with anything and helpful and easy to talk to and nice clean rooms. We have seen 4 of His rooms he Keep a Good standard.

This condominium is very well located, with a direct access to the beach and 2nd Road, next to Soi Chayiapruk, the rooms have stunning views on the sea and on the city, you can enjoy the sea breeze on the balconies and there is a friendly staff at the reception. There are many facilities such as an information desk, a tennis court, a 25 m swimming pool, a sauna for men, a hamam for ladies, an exercise room and a laundry service. There are 4 lifts including a panoramic one with a stunning sea view. You can enjoy WiFi, payment at the reception, if the speed does not suit you, you can order a 4G package at the ground floor of Central Festival Pattaya Beach. The famous restaurant and pizzeria Le Mar is located at the entrance of the condominium : friendly staff and good value for money, one of the best restaurants in the city and, of course, very popular.

Nice pool but the apartments are simply basic.
