The reviews are misleading on booking com

Felt like going home the minute i got inside the elevator

Room looked clean but not crisp.

Aweful pool facing the sea. Dirty looking water and no beach chairs. Left after checking in. Was unhappy the place had no vibe!

Recommended as a new hotel, clean, good service, comfortable mattresses, has a swimming pool with a large slide for children to play near the beach, but the room does not have a sea view.

Average for this inexpensive hotel. Walked out to find the market and 7-11, but the room had many problems. water leaks when it rains hot water not working

Ferry to Ko Larn only 30 Baht. 250 baht for parking.

Good spot. Very close to the beach and u can enjoy the view from balcony. The swimming pool on the top floor is fairly small and shallow (1.2m) but nice view and quiet since no one here seemed to bother using this pool
