New built condo with small cheap appartments. Has sunny and shadow sides, be attentive and come to see the place before noon and before sunset. It will be very hot and stuffy on the wrong side. Each two buildings have separate pools with card access plus one common pool on the seaside.

A perfect place to relax as perfect holidaying. Kool view and cleanest of clean places. Two swimming pools one by seaside and other on 8 th floor.

This Condo Unit is facing to seaview jomtien beach and it has wonderful facilities, peaceful away from crowded pattaya area, this place is suitable for family short term vacation.

Six kilometers from Pattaya center. If you want quiet and a relaxed beach experience, this is lower Jomtien. Decent but not top notch fixtures.

NOTE: This is NOT a day rate or weekly rate hotel. This is a condominium complex and signs are clearly posted that both owners and renters at day rate are in violation of Thai law. BUYER BEWARE. Even if you rent via a aggregator unline service for room rent you are in jeopardy of losing your money. Services are unaware. Even Google is wrongly posting day rate which they are simply taking from other websites. Day or weekly rate here is ILLEGAL!

Principally a nice place at the more quiet end of Jomtien Beach. Pools, fitness, sauna, a couple of small Thai restaurants, laundromat. Maintenance of the premises is a bit shotty. The garden however is well kept.
Unfortunately also this place is infested with Russians, who are infamous for being loud and rather boorish. An increasing number of Chinese, who tend to display a similar behavior, also are renting here from condo owners. Short term lease (u003c 1 month) is supposed to be prohibited.
Staff in general is nice, be it that communicating with them can prove to be difficult as their knowledge of English (the international communication language) or any other language than Thai is generally very limited to non-existent.
