Had a very nice stay - the staff is very attentionate. The reception is open 24/24.
The room was great, spacious with a small balcony. The facilities are also nice - the club house includes a gym with basic equipment, treadmills, free weights and a couple of machines. There are also 2 restaurants inside the resort so you don't have to go out if you're not feeling it - but the streets nearby are packed with cheap and good Thai food and massage places. Would definitely recommend !

Very nice and clean room. Nice staff. Nice pool, especially since I lived on the first floor. The breakfast was good but would have liked a bit more variation. The place was alright since it was close to seven eleven and such, however a bit far to the beach. Overall I can't complain much and I am pleased with my stay! Would recommend.

Early morning airport pickup
Transfer to hotel via Pattaya memorial hospital for PCR test only added about 20 min to the journey.Everything was prepared in advance ,by the time I woke up in the afternoon I received my PCR results same day 1730 ,staff were attentive and helpful, would recommend,good value exceeded my expectations

Here on business. Stayed in the hotel part at the back. 1500 baht but should be 650 baht a night. Check in took 20 minutes without any other customers. Fridge doesn't work, none of the washroom lights work. Soap dispenser empty at the sink. Bed headboard has a low lamp that has 220v unshielded cables with taped connections. Clean in general areas but dirty in corners, especially the shower near the drain and shower glass. Gypsum ceilings indicate water leaks are common. Not going to bother with the free breakfast as I doubt it will be worth it so will not comment on that. Definitely not worth the money and I am in hotels in Thailand often.

Most excellent experience of life. That's the most ideal hotel to stay in pattaya. It has all services available n great hospitality. The beach is near by. They make all required bookings n arrangements for you on your request.

Girl at lobby watched some comedian show at her phone that loud so can't hear background lobby's music. She didn't react on request to tune it lower, and even tuned it up... Isn't it insane? Customers behaving quiet, whenever stuff acting like this. And lobby worker it's a face of any place. Awful.
