Very nice hotel, the staff is amazing, they are very friendly and helpful. Located on Floor 12A was the gym (very nice), outside pool and indoor and outdoor dining area.

The buffet style set up for breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen. Meaning the set up, food choices and the food was extremely good.

Laundry service was listed on the travel site I booked with and my expectation was for there to be a laundry area (washer and dryer) for use. However, you’ll need to leave your laundry outside your room in the provided laundry bag for pick up and it will be dropped off the next day.

This hotel deserves the 3* not 5*.Below are my stay experience,

Jun4:
We made a reservation for 2Rooms 401 and 405 trough agoda and went to front desk for check-in and they asked us to go and wait and we have to wait more than 30mins for check-in.you can check the cc cameras for how long we were sitting on the lobby. Felt that Front desk is not that much polite during the check in process.
We noticed poor Air Conditioning(AC) in 401 and informed to front desk and technician was sent to room and mentioned that it will take around 1hr to cool room.Really??
Noticed that big noise is coming out of AC and we thought that it will go after sometime but it’s not(PFA ACNoise recording file)
Jun5:
We noticed that there are some bugs moving around mini bar area and disappeared before taking photo
Water kettle reset button is not working.
There is a water seepage into room due to rainfall
AC noise issue still exist and reported issue with front desk manager and we were assured that technician will visit room to fix this issue but no technician was visited on this day and we have to bare this noise with sleepless night
Lot of dust accumulated on wooden bars behind bed(PFA Dust picture)
There is a power outage due to rain fall and even hotel don’t have emergency light ON in rooms and we stayed in dark for some time. How come 5Star hotel even don’t have emergency light backup
Noticed that hotel corridors were not air conditioned.

Jun6:
We identified that bugs moving around mini bar area are cockroaches and we took the picture(PFA Pictures)
Since no technician was visited room to fix AC noise and we couldn’t able to sleep properly so I called hotel front desk again and informed below issues
AC Noise, Water Leakage, Cockroaches, Water kettle reset button issue.
I have to remind couple of times for kettle replacement and finally it was replaced by another defective piece

Few Breakfast item names were written in Thai only and while taking breakfast we asked the name before taking soup, staff were mentioned that it’s made of tofu. I thought that it was vegan and poured into my cup but another staff member came to me and said that there was pork in that. Thank god we didn’t consume food(we are 3members in which 2 are non-veg and 1 is vegan).
I don’t understand being a 5star hotel why can’t they mention English name. i asked then to mention english name so that all the guest will be able to understand.
There was no Fu0026B incharge on the floor at least he should have checked these kind of things. Imagine how vegan customer suffer his entire life for consuming pork. Thanks to chef for preparing some veg food for us.

Again we noticed only Thai name on few breakfast food items and all the prepared dishes are only non-veg. Today FB manager present on floor and when we ask about vegan, he mentioned that its international buffet.Even international buffet will have some items for Vegan.When it comes to items he just gave the reply international buffet but item names will be in Thai only. fantastic!!
My vegan friend has to prepare his own food by adding white rice, chilli fakes and onion(PFA VeganFOOD Picture)
we checked out around 10AM from this hotel.
Overall the stay was unpleasant and not satisfactory and paying more than 100USD per night is not worthy for this hotel.

Absolutely 5 star for this hotel!
staff are super friendly and everything is clean. Food amazing, gym perfect and again staff.

I stayed for couple of days. Room service is not great. I asked for water bottles around 12 in the night. Waited for an hour but still no response. I my self went to the reception and asked for water. The person was very rude and h3 suggested me to buy water on the streets and drink which was not even acceptable.

There is an event room, buffet cocktail bar and a sea view swimming pool.

Nice hotel on the pattaya beach.????

The room is clean and well design. I stayed at Junior suite, comes with Harman Kardon speakers (I always play my ambient playlist for working and before bed). The bathroom is great except the tub is so small. I can’t really move when I was in the tub. Safe box is open by keycard, it’s nice if you don’t want to remember the password, but not so sure if someone else could open it as well.

Breakfast is great. I stayed for the weekend. First day was more than second day, I guess the hotel prepared the quantity depends on the guests. But the presentation is good. Egg station, pastries, fruit u0026 salad, juices, noodle soup. Only wish they had the cold cut and cheese.

The pool is not that big but it’s enough to chill and relax. They could have more Day bed, only 2-3 beds. The fitness is big, good amount of equipments to work out. There’s also steam room. Extra point for that.

Had dinner at Thai restaurant Lobby floor, serving Thai-seafood dishes, it is quite delicious, price is fare. Good to try.

Went during Songkran and everything was well manage despite the amount of people .
Cosy modern quiet room . Great location and certainly good management .
4 stars because of the poor wifi . Slow and log out all the time .
