Place/location is good. Polite and cooperative staff. I had to book a room morning 4am past u0026 the staff was very polite about it. The rooms were very decent clean and I had a beauty sleep in a quiet morning which I appreciate. Even my sister was happy and content. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. You can definitely stay here and visit the nearby beach. Would 100% recommend for the amazing polite staff and location.

Bella vista is and awesome place to stay if you like loud music, the area near the hotel had bars and food join which is so lively at night ,rooms are good and affordable, staff were very helpful , I enjoyed my stay there .

Great location.. Closest MRT (metro) is sanam chai! Khao san road is walking distance!

Older hotel with dated furniture but yet clean room overall. Free 2 water bottles per day to the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful 5/5, the budget room itself 3/5. Recommended for budget travelers who only expects a roof over their heads and a place to sleep at. Great location at soi 7-8, near to central festival. Lockers at the reception if need one for valuables. As a light sleeper, I had to sleep with earbuds on because loud Aussie bar next to the hotel and very loud dated AC. Premium rooms slightly bigger and has a small balcony but views from there slim to none, mainly other bigger buildings. For just 20 bucks a night I'd probably go back there if happen to be in the area.

Everything was great except check in. We had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours to check in as we arrived earlier at 12 pm and the receptionist said the check in time is 2 pm. Staff are mostly polite and pleasant but all of them will act by the book and are not so flexible. Good for them but sometimes it is necessary to be flexible. Rooms given to us are upto the standard with decent facilities. Not so old and not so new. Room cleaning and other services are pretty decent. The area is highly recommended for tourists looking for exploring night life. Overall the stay was good.

Our suite was kept impeccably clean. The room had all the amenities you could expect. Definitely recommend if you're a single chap or group of lads. Hotel itself is at good location near to ***y visiting points. Easy access to public transportation and quick. You get what you pay for with this hotel.

Location is great between Soi's. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. The stay in the hotel is value for money. Rates include a breakfast that is adequate to start your day. There was always someone ready to help us. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel.
