I don’t recommend this hotel. This is average hotel. In this budget you will find some other good option also. Location is good but not well maintained. Food quality (buffet breakfast) is average. Even hotel staff is not cooperative. Their pet dialogue is “ we don’t know”

Everything in this hotel is pretty good and you might find that some room had a renovation which is there are some paint stains and some stuff like that but I kinda don't mind except

- The door. I got the room on 8th floor which is really hard to open and close. I have to slamming it all the time but they finally fixed it when the housekeeper saw me trying to pulled the door open (just a question why they don't fix it before the guest get in?)
- you can smell when people are smoking in the hallway and it gets in your room
- AC shutting down by itself sometimes

This was a great place but, now I would not return. The hotel is clean and has a great staff. Pattaya has changed, things have moved and Soi 8 has not recovered as of yet. I had booked 18 days prior to leaving because it said rooms filling fast. After a few days here I realized that the other guest around me stayed up very late making a lot of noise, smoking in the hallways, and playing with the elevators. Most of their time spent trying to negotiate for something or demand some type of service. Slamming doors at 3,4,5am nightly. After 4-5 days I asked to be refunded the remainder of my stay. I was told that they could not because they didn’t know how I paid. I tried to show the email but, all that could be said was that I had paid in full. So sorry no refund. Live and learn. Book only for one night, then you can negotiate or my recommendation, stay somewhere else.

Hotel is located near to walking street and beachside. Budget friendly hotel with morning breakfast. Nice place to chill out. Roof top swimming pool view is pretty cool

Excellent hotel in terms of location. Staff is very good well mannered. Shout out to FERN and GRACE two dedicated employees who were always helpful. Love from INDIA❤️????

Value to money , but service and reception desk is not much helpful. A little far from beach as there are lot better options available on beach too.
