The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. In terms of the room all well cleaned. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Definitely the best value for the money. I would really reccomend this hotel to anyone who likes the nightlife scene.

The pool is just what you need after a night on the town and has always been clean very time ive stayed. I was staying for over a month so I thought I might get a decent room. Noisy at night but you know its location. Breakfast (included) is good. Price is reasonable.

Convenient location the rooms are quite large and have bath tubs. The receptionist were polite and quick both going in and checking out. Water is not free! Bring your own bottles. It has a swimming pool and is conveniently located near both Beach Road and 2nd Road. Bars and restaurants are extremely close as are the baht buses. It is a 3* hotel and warrants a 3* rating.

Was horrible place too much sound can't sleep staff attitude was very rude no water cattle WiFi signals not reachable not at all recommended to anyone coz staff was not helpful at all overall v v v poor

Staff are OK, location of the hotel is great. Seems the whole Eastiny group are trying to cut costs, I've stayed in 2 of their hotels in the last 45 days - no free drinking water, restaurants are closed. See state of bath in attached photo. Linen is clean but very very old.

We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us. I found the bed to be quite comfortable. Great price for all you received. Speaking personally, the worst TV set-up I have ever come across. A real treat for me to be able to take a bath. For a single traveller the standard was perfectly adequate.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks for business training. I had a great time in this hotel. All the members of staff to be really polite and considerate. The hotel breakfast buffet in the morning was pretty good. The breakfast was adequate at best. You could help yourself to the normal toast, coffee and tea etc.
