Nothing fancy at all, but great value. The staff made what could have been hell into a pleasant stay. Tour groups overran the hotel and I could see that they were fighting to remain friendly to the tour guests. But when it came to normal persons staying at the hotel they were friendly and professional. Always coming up and asking how things were, giving recommendations and explaining where things were. The rooms look recently renovated and if your up high enough some actually have a pretty good view of the sunsets. If you want luxury rooms and amenities id say look elsewhere. If a very convenient location the that’s at a cheap price and friendly and professional staff is important I’d highly recommend it.

Location was the best part of this hotel. Room was also big enough. Otherwise very average service. Water dripping down from the A/C unit. Loud noise late night from the Sky Bar opposite side, window isolation not that great. It's definitely not a 4 star. Breakfast could have been better. There was no view as well from my room :(. Don't settle for lower floors especially people from India booked through tours and travel companies.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. A boot smugglers room would be better than this. The staffs are so arrogant to reply to any questions, they just say “you can contact your travel agent”. Their attitude seems like “if you want to stay just stay else leave the hotel. The toilets are not working, AirCon not working, no proper lights. We asked for a room to change as the toilets weren’t working their Staff just came inside without knocking on the door and removed the key and we including two kids were left in dark and he doesn’t speak English. We were fighting at the reception at 1:00am on this incident. While checking out the lady at the reception was too arrogant shouting and screaming asking me to get the key cards to the reception else you cannot check out. I answered them with their usual answer “you can contact your travel agent”.
Never stay here.

We stayed in room 717 for 4days in Oct 2022. I was booked by MMT for this hotel. The hotel looks great from outside but the management and service is pathetic. We were a couple traveling. They gave us twin bed rooms. For 2 days we kept asking them to join the beds or change our room but they would always say that the room service team is busy. For two days they had no time to join our beds or management did not bother chaining our rooms even though it wasn't peak season. When we complaint repeatedly the lady in reception asked us to move to another hotel. I am not exaggerating here, we were literally asked to move out.

Coming to the buffet breakfast, for vegetarian all they have is fried rice. Literally this is the only cooked thing you will get apart from fuits. All rest of the item is non-veg. Rude service staff. Very pathetic management there as well.

The lady at the the front reception was always disturbed, and would not talk to us properly at all. We made several requests to change the room, or join our beds, but she would always be very rude to us in her response. In the eletric kettle we got in the room there was dead insect. We asked them to change it and they refused that too saying they do not have spare.

Lastly on last day during checkout the reception informed us that they do not have concierge service for Indian guests. Couldn't have seen more racially biased staff that this.

Would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

I stayed 5 days here from 22nd to 26th August 2022. I used to go to Pattaya 6/7 times in every year till the Covid-19 Pandemic. The hotel is pretty good. First of all the location- very good location. 2 mnts walk from the beach and few seconds from the 2nd road. 5 mnts walk from the Central Mall and "Pattaya night Bazaar".
Staffs are very helpful. Room service are good. Breakfast was very good though I didn't found the variation. Deluxe rooms are wonderful with the view of the sea.( I stayed). If you like the nightlife of Pattaya, you are in the right place.
Being a regular visitor to Thailand, I will surely recommend this good hotel with a five star rating.
I will definitely book this hotel in future.
Thank you all the staff for your very good services.

I loved this place. I stayed twice in that hotel for over 10 days.
staff were so kind and humble. I would love to stay here again when I am back in Pattaya

Bhai MakeMyTrip wala murkh banayega. 4 star bol ke bekar rooms dega. Savdhan rahen satark rahen.

The location is good. But service is very bad. They will definitely not give early check-in facilities. They will charge you more than single day rent for early check-in.

Specially when booking from MakeMyTrip , you will get worse room for your trip, beware.
