Here is a single star hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms is not good at all, and whatever you notice, it does not have any results. A very ordinary TV and very ordinary channels that do not have to be turned on, and the hotel has no control over the loud noise created in other rooms at any time of the day. The smell of the restaurant goes up to the fourth floor. Only in terms of the location of the hotel to buy and the restaurant is excellent, except for the loud noises that continue until the morning. The staff members have a full-fledged behavior and when I asked if there is a tap for the bathroom in the hotel's photos, but not in the room, it's not easy to say in all rooms.

An average hotel to stay in for a couple of nights. Definitely not the "3 star hotel" standards.

Once you check in, you'll get a small size room, a small washroom with a stinking drain and towels. Apart from that no add-ons like water or tea/coffee bags. Make sure not to spoil the linen or covers as they will fine you during checkout.

Breakfast doesn't have much variety, just the same stuff everyday. Much better options available on the streets if you're into Thai food.

Stayed her for two nights. Will never be returning back here.

Eastiny seven very nice hotel, nearby pattaya beach road. Do confirm address before booking because group of hotels with same name exists. Very nice rooms, ac was working nice. Hotel ambiance is awesome. You will get locker facility to keep your valuable things. Service was so good. If you want to visit nearby places they will provide you taxi or tour packages also.

Hotel staff is well behaved, breakfast is good. Neet and clean place. But the worst part is that owner of this hotel have removed water shower from western toilet so we need to use bathing shower to clean our ass. So we only took bath in swimmingly pool. So no shower in toilet seat

Surprisingly quiet for where it is situated right on Soi 7. Older hotel, but everything is clean and everything works. Private pool which is kept clean. WiFi service in the rooms are weak, I did better picking up next door networks, otherwise it is down to the lobby you go to make data calls. Linen is 'old' but clean. Towels need replacement please!? They are thread bare. Try get a room at the back, if you want to go sleep before 02am.

A bar right opposite the front of the hotel with loud live rock band playing from 9 pm till 2 am every night. I you want to go to sleep early ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Other than that the food was rubbish the pool had no parasols and the place was very grubby. In need of a refurbishment. On the good side your in the middle of everything that's going on restaurants, bars and the beach.

The aura of this hotel is very positive and calm.
Infrastructure is so simple and appealing.
This hotel also provides a currency exchange feature and that too at a very good rate.
Loved staying here and would definitely recommend a friend.
