The room is small but it is cheap. The location is great, if you want to stay near a BTS. The heaters and air conditioning works very well, and there's also cable TV. Need to climb 3 floors of stairs to the room, so it's abit difficult with luggage. The WiFi is of acceptable speed but can be bad in evening (probably due to high usage among guests). Room is considerably clean, but the environment is a little noisy due to traffic. Overall a high value for money place.

Pictures differs as the real one. Booked 3 nights but was not able to cancel and get a refund. I've to put up in a different hotel. It is crammed and the toilet smells tend to get into the room as well. Requested to change room 3 times. The bed was wobbly and was not able to rest well on the first night. And it's beside the main road. It is very noisy. Not recommended to travellers.

I stayed 2 days at this guest house. Great value for price. I got superior room which is comfortable and fully equipped. Internet is fast enough. I owner recommended us a swimming pool in a tropical garden in the same street, just 5 minutes walk. The guest house is just next to the Skype train. Perfect for shopping.

It was I first time in Bangkok. The Taxi driver from airport found the guest house very easily as it located next to the main road. The day after; I moved with the skytrain, very closed and very convenient. The room was clean, the bathroom a bit small but with hot water and good water pressure. Bed was comfortable with a real blanket. There are free coffee and tea in the room. Internet wifi is fast enough and there is a flat TV with many channels. I met the owner who advises me to get some food in a street just near. It was so great for my first night in Bangkok to discover this street, full of food shops. I recommend this place that is a great value for the price.

Very simple hotel but clean and with a nice style. Right next to BTS station which makes it the perfect location for transport, but also noisy street. The rooftop is quite nice to chill in the evening :)

Clean, but small rooms at a decent price. The school next door is bound to wake you up if you're not a heavy sleeper, the guards start directing traffic with their whistles before 7 each weekday. The beds are also very uncomfortable.
