A guest came from abroad and stayed with my family just for one day.

First of all, the good thing was that the facilities in the room were very clean and well set up down to the details. It was nice that the bathroom was separated from the shower.

The breakfast menu wasn't very varied, but it was satisfied with Japanese home-style meal, grilled salmon etc..
It is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Bangkok, so it is easily accessible.

What was a bit disappointing was that the price was a little expensive compared to other hotels and the size of the room.

There is a swimming pool of a suitable size on the 6th floor, and it was very quiet because I think guests visit here not for vacation. There is no shade, so it is too hot to use during the day.

Regardless of the price, if you consider the accessibility and convenience of downtown, it will be a good hotel.

We booked a staycation via Hungry hub at 4,000 baht. You got one night stay + afternoon tea + breakfast for 2, which is quite a good deal. Room is cozy. Although I found the carpet is little bit sticky but can easily solve the issue by wearing slippers. Breakfast and afternoon is nice. The service and staff are very friendly.

Not the best 5 stars hotel for this price. It is surrounded by lots of Japanese restaurants. So if you have huge interest in eating Japanese, it is a good hotel to stay. Breakfast was so so, we ate outside even though breakfast buffet was included in the price. Only 2 USBs in the room. I preferred Carlton in Asok comparatively.

One of my favourite hotels to stay in Bangkok, it feels like a typical Japanese hotel except spacious. Nice Thai amenities from Erb and Panpuri, room was clean and friendly staff. A special mention to concierge who assisted with getting a taxi during peak and rain time. The taxi driver wanted to charge 600bht, without asking concierge negotiated for a cheaper price. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, love the Japanese theme throughout and it is in a great location with many eateries and bars in walking distance. Nothing especially stands out but ideal for a short stay.

One thing is that the rooms are nice, clean, aesthetic with nice views of Bangkok. But something that stands out with Hotel Nikko Bangkok is its staff. They can be described as angels, they understand and speak English and arrange every wish or challenge you have to solve. I had a number of challenges due to a positive covid test, with rebookings, thailand pass and more, the staff solved this in the best way, without extra expenses.

Good location in Thonglor. Many Japanese restaurants in this hotel. Good and fast service. The room was nice and clean. The toilet was Japanese toilet and separated from bathroom. The bathroom had no bathrobe. No bath kit, bath gel and shampoo were Panpuri brand and not enough for 2 people but can request for more. The price was not expensive.
