It was a decent staying for one night for 1 night quarantine. Arrived at midnight, and asked for a night meal instead of breakfast. Received a small Thai lunchbox(It might not fill up for most of people) The room was pretty clean. I tried to call front desk the next to bed my bed, but some of dials didn't work and end up using one in bathroom.

Finally was able to reach front desk to ask for covid test *result to verify check out.

*The test was taken at a hospital(near by hotel) before going to Hotel. The test was quickly done, and the hospital gave me a test kit, which it needs to be taken in 7days, and I still don't know where to send the test result back????

A Canadian Review:

Like most people, this is the cheapest offer for hotels to do a one night quarantine. You get one free meal per person prior to check out. We ate pad Thai and a chicken dish. Both were fine.

Room is luxurious. Private and fast wifi!

Laundry service is super expensive so we avoided it.

Double check your pickup point when you book a cab! Our driver went to a hotel with a similar name.

If the rooms were cheaper, we would have stayed another night.

Slight language barrier at this hotel.

Overall a pleasant experience!

The Reservation team is a Scam. They are polite with lots of fake promise until they get your money. When it comes to refund, they are rude, ignoring your emails, don't answer why they don't pay the refund, as a team they start playing hide and seek, they refrain giving the name of the head of reservations "team", they are denying the consumer rights, they are acting as untouchable gang allowed to overstep the law and illigally keep customers money. They charged me for 14 days quarantine ( 5- 15 October), while the Thai law recommended only 10 days. They promised to return the over paid money 6600 Baht, that never happened. Now the reservations team of Grace hotel Bangkok, stopped communicating.

Positives. The staff was very polite and helpful. They responded quickly. The rooms are beautiful and well designed. The area was very quiet. We had the window open and had no disturbing noises from outside. The food was different every day. The Thai food was good, the foreign food was less than good. The microwave in the room was a bid plus in order to reheat the food. The nurse was
very nice.

Negatives. The room was musty and this caused me to have an allergic reaction. There were bedbugs. We complained to the nurse about the bedbugs and got one new sheet immediately, but only one change in two weeks. A complete change of bedding at least once would have been reasonable. Also, new towels could be distributed several times. We only got a couple of new towels once when we requested.

GREAT
They will help you anyway they can. Clean and very comfortable room. The meal was good.
I recommend this and will stay here again.

Staying here for 14 night ASQ.

Exceptional services and super friendly staffs, they try their best to accommodate our requests. Thai foods are great. Large rooms with good conditions, reasonable price, good wifi signal.

*Some rooms might be a bit old and not super clean. I called and got a new room later on.

Overall, happy and have a good experience here, thanks ???? to all the staffs!
