Smelly room. Not so good breakfast. Okay place for spa, food, and shopping. Some of the frontdesk staff are terrible but good housekeeping staff.

Be Careful don’t use this Hotel especially during government requirements to conduct COVID19 Test on arrival. This hotel is dealing with “World Medical Centre (WMC) Hospital” as a hospital partner. They will ensure that your test result will be “Positive” to take your money. The hotel will not help you they will just tell you to go WMC to complete your treatment otherwise they will call the police if you don’t follow their instructions.
When I arrived to Bangkok, this Hotel did COVID19 test and they told me the result came “Positive”. I have been trying to organise a retest as I had many negative tests prior to arrival and the last negative result was less than 24 hours prior to arrival. However, not getting anywhere with them. Awful service, terrible food and no sign of anyone even closely resembling a doctor.
Just avoid visiting or utilizing this Hotel until you ensure that WMC Hospital is not anymore partner with this Hotel. Otherwise, They will try to take your money in every way possible.

Great hotel.
We flew in on the Test u0026 Go program, we were picked up at the airport, driven to the hotel, checked in, fed deliciously, had tests and results, had a great breakfast and lunch in the morning.
I recommend it, very nice staff.

I m not a big fan of Bangkok, we had to because of Covid conditions. The hotel was helpful and very relaxed.
