So far it seems pretty good. I’ve been in my apartment for less than 24 hours but it’s not bad. Aside from the shower there seems to be no hot water but I have seen this in many homes and apartments in Thailand. This place certainly isn’t the Conrad down the road but if you’re wanting something that’s pretty decent for not a lot of money then it’s alright. The only complaint I have really, and it’s no fault of the place but there’s no alley or connecting street to get to soi 11 or easily have a bolt or grab come to you without having wait for the driver to navigate through the spiderweb of sois to get to the front of the building. Logistically it’s kind of annoying but it’s not a bad walk down the block and around to get to the 7/11 and the nightlight of soi 11. BTS Asok station is decently close too. Some of the LED lighting in my particular unit doesn’t work. I had to play with the switch for 5 minutes to catch it and it came on but it seems maybe a faulty driver on that segment of LEDs. The keys and locks are pretty modern. The building utilizes Samsung smart locks for each of the units front door. It’s like an rfid tag and it works pretty well. The safe in the room is pretty useless as it’s locked and no way to open it up. I will say I didn’t call about it or anything so maybe it does work and they just have to open it. Not too sure.
The bathroom lighting is a bit dim. Makes it hard to shave right side of face due to harsh shadows and the temperature of light appears to be about 35-3700k. So it has the yellow look. Not super crispy white like I’m used to at home.

There is a nasty smell in the apartment and the power was down for hours otherwise the price and size of the apartment was good.

First everything that’s wrong with the place. The pictures look significantly better then what’s it’s like currently.
There was a full bag of trash underneath the sink with bugs coming out. There were bugs on the table and on floor. The floors are worn and dated. There’s no soap in the bathroom. The tv remote in the living room didn’t work either. Another thing was the WiFi. I had to use a good amount of my data while I was here.
The positives is yes it’s cheap.
The bed appears clean so hopefully it is. The tv worked in bedroom and a/c did work in both rooms.
Check in was relatively painless and I don’t mind the area, but it’s close to red light district.
I’m probably being picky but I was just disappointed when I checked in. Wifi and bugs ARE a HUGE turnoff for me though. So 2 stars. Never had a room with trash still in it either.

This place is very close to the bts less than 2 min walk. The staff is very polite no noise problem at all since the renovation. Also there is 7 eleven near the place which is very convenient

Location, nice staff, nice roof swimming pool. Noisy and untrained security men

The guards keeps giving orders to open and close the parking door which is his job to that and becareful from them they are not friendly with the guests ones he tried to hit my friend because he was not in a good mood, bad experience for us

Very near to Nana BTS. Only 2 mins walk to the first step of escalator. Quite road.
