It is called a bar and wine room, and then offers only one type of red wine! There are better wine bars near by.

OK bar on Soi 11 nice place to chill and have a few beers and watch the world go by. Had a chat to the owner an American from Texas.

Comfortable seats sweet waitress.
Good place to go after shopping!

Good spot for a drink which has gone up market, and probably priced itself out of enjoyment.
