Amazing customer service! Kind, helpful and great English. Accommodation was modern, clean and as advertised. Only thing to note not about the hotel but the area is a brings somewhat of a nightlife type crowd to be considered if your coming with family.

O Wow What a stay of our last stay in this beautiful hotel. Definitely 5 ⭐️ for this Accomodation from stuff welcome service to room amenities. It’s all classic with convenient to move around in and around Bangkok. Recommended to Everyone!

Bad experience since we arrive.
1. AC in the room problem.
2. The staff wasn’t attentive enough. I have to find them to have new room.
3. Hot water problem
4. The room was so noise from street and other guest room banging,slaming door, yelling.

Very good place to stay in central location. But the traffic noise is more. Better try same citadines in Soi 8. Just opposite road of Soi 11.

LOUD MUSIC FROM the ADJACENT BARS CAN BE HEARD FROM 8PM TO 2AM EVERY NIGHT IN EVERY ROOM. DO NOT STAY HERE. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!

I spentt the first four days in a studio. It was corrct by the very brginning of thre stay, but i had to complain to change rooms , for for different reasons. As bad smell, and bad light

I am the hospitel right now. One star is quite high for the ASQ quarantine provided here. Polyester bedding, food for homeless people, x-rays taken in the car park, no questions on how I feel considering I tested positive for Covid-19. All these for 50,000 BHT. God knows when I will be able to go out from this hell. Ruined my entire holiday and planning to never return to Thailand. Is actually anyone aware of how we are treated on our own expense???
