Excellent hotel, good services, excellent council and comfort, got helpful people, close to an American hospital, and there are shops nearby.. Negatives: There is no view, and its location is a narrow street, cars pass by some kind, but good housing

Front desk reservation executives are not friendly enough to get quality service. Their behaviour is not amicable. Very rude.

We stayed here as an AQ hotel. We were collected from the airport, tests were done on the way to the hotel, promptly and efficiently. The room was a great size, super comfy bed and well appointed room. Meals delivered promptly and good portions. Staff very helpful and pleasant and an all round great start to our holiday!!

Stayed here for one night for our test and go. The airport pickup and testing was seamless and perfectly coordinated. There was a meal waiting for us when we got in (even though it was at 3am!). Super appreciated. We were woken up by our neighbors as the walls felt paper thin and we could hear everything. The room was clean, a little bit outdated and the food was palatable. They missed our breakfast but brought it as soon as we asked for it. Test came back in 12 hours.
