I only spent one night there, but my friend is a regular and says it's the best quality/price place to stay in Bangkok.
The lady that works there is really sweet and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Shared toilets/showers also very clean.

Great hostel in a terrific location. A traveler's dream - clean, calm, comfortable beds, and an AC worth its weight in gold. No frills but I'm very happy to have found First 1. We just extended the private room and will definitely be back in the coming weeks. Service with a smile.

A new favorite Hostel in Bangkok! I was traveling on my own and looking for a central location, close to the Sky Train in a authentic Thai neighborhood but also with quiet atmosphere where I could relax during my first days in Thailand and this was the perfect place! The owners Toony and Jarunee are wonderful people, so helpful and sweet, always giving Guests their best care! My stay in the Bamboo Room was excellent and the whole place was always super clean and cozy! Will be back for sure! :)

Nice little hostel with shared or private rooms. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Has a bar and a very good Thai restaurant on site. Short walk to the BTS so everything is easy to get to whether seeing the sites shopping, bars, restaurants, nightlife or the airport. Will definatley stay here again.
