If you are visiting the Bumrungrad Hospital this is a great place to stay you can walk out the back and be right across the street. The rooms were clean and tidy. The included breakfast was good. The staff was very kind and helpful. Only negative things: office chair in room was not able to fully raise and there was a strong smell like that of curry food in the room. Overall it was pleasant.

This was the second time i stayed here, both times the rooms were clean, however the most recent time i ran into a little snag. As long as you're a guest in the room you can have as much water as you want. I had checked out put my bags to the side and asked if i can get a water. The guy at the desk said unavailable, must purchase from the bar. I asked if i was checked in if they could supply and he said yes. So literally as soon as you are officiallly "checked out" you're basically someone off the street.

this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. the A/C was sprinkling water on the floor. the rooms smell terrible! I advise every person NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! it would be your worst experience if you stayed here. No room service.

Worst hotel i have ever been the room are smelly my bed sheets wasn't clean, bathroom towels are very old and worn-out.

They charged me 600 bat for a small stain on the bed sheets.

Good u0026 clean hotel very close to hospital and other services.Staff at breakfast u0026 reception need to be more helpful and more friendly

Fast check in, check out. The room smaller than other 5 stars hotel, rest room is small too.
