I have done my cardiac operation here in the year 2018. Since than I use to visit regularly. Gastrology and Dental section services are so great as well as Heart Center.
All international medical facilities you may find here. Most of the doctors, nurses and other staffs are very helpful.

Prices are bit higher side than other hospital in Bangkok. Registration, Appointment and other procedures are very simple.

Apart from medical services there are pharmacy, restaurant, shops, etc. inside this facilities.

Very professional service. Quick to set-up a same day appointment over the phone. They provide latest equipment, professional and informative staff, an overall standard above anything I have experienced before anywhere. Total price for the eye check was THB2000, so very fair pricing.. Highly recommended.

Did not plan on writing a review for a hospital but here it is.
My wife had some old trauma from 12 years ago, and while we were visiting Bangkok, she needed to go to the hospital. We both are US citizens and after a quick Google, this was the hospital that was very close to us and highly rated.
We called in at 9 am and we’re able to get an appointment with a doctor the same day. We went in at 4 pm for a leg injury and we’re in and out within 2 hours.
Next morning we were scheduled an MRI at 7 am. The MRI took only 45 min. We were back into our hotel by 8:30 am.

Here are some pros and cons:
Pros:

This hospital is one of the best hospitals that I ever seen, very clean very organized, an amazing order and everyone is very polite and helpful. Very quick to get in and see a doctor, once again, I was amazed by how everything just works. Strangely very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. This hospital was rated Worlds best hospital 2021. Very good experience!

Cons:

I guess with the experience comes it’s price. I’m not sure how much the same treatment would cost in US but I’m pretty sure the experience would be horrible. Engine who ever went into US hospital knows that. Anyhow this hospital is private, therefore you will pay more for everything. Our visit to the doctor and medical supplies cost us 27,600 Thai baht which is around $800, the MRI next morning was an additional 21000 which is around $600, overall it cost us $1400. I really hope that our insurance will cover this… and if not … oh well… nothing I can do.

Summery:
It might cost you a bit more money to go to this hospital, but at least you will not have to deal with stress and the visit will be good, one less thing to deal with when you visiting hospital.

went here for a medical check up, in here you'll get everything that you ever needed.

If you come here with and empty stomach don't worry they have plenty of food to choose from.

On top of that here is considered one of a top notch hospital in town so don't worry you are definitely in a good hands !

Friend had to visit a hospital while we were on vacation in BKK. The staff speak English and there is no problem conversing with them. Walkable distance from the train station.
The nurses and doctor who attended to us were very helpful and professional, and the doctor even helped to speak to the person in charge of the area where our accident occured in Thai via phone to obtain more information about the accident.

Bumrungrad is a world class hospital with excellent service and care. I have been coming here for over 20 years with all my health concerns. They have every clinic and medical specialty one might need. They are pricey compared to other Thai hospitals but low compared to US prices.
I would highly recommend their annual physical package. They do such a great job, taking excellent care as they do a thorough physical. They even have a tasty brunch with coffee and juice after one finishes the fasting blood work.
Starbucks, Au Pain, and Mac Donald’s is on the premises, as well as a food court.
Juice and water is available in all the clinics.
Thailand health care at its best here. They will take excellent care of you.
Very gentle injections and blood drawing.

Probably the best hospital in Bangkok. Did my yearly check up here and the service/follow up was amazing. The equipment is all top of the line and the doctors very professional.

Would definitely recommend to anybody. Might be a bit costlier than other clinics but you do get what you pay for.
