Good location and nice atmosphere. We traveled as a family, booked 2 rooms: superior garden and deluxe sea view. We arrived early and staff helped to get the room ready around 11am. Deluxe sea view, room is large with all basic room amenities, however the air con is very noisy and really disturbed us all night, we tried to get hotel techinician fixed but noise was still there. I think due to rooms are always fully booked so hotel did not have time to fix it. While another room, superior garden view, water drain did not work well, just few minutes shower, its already flooded.
Other than rooms had some problem, breakfast is very good, variety of choices: Thai, Western, Chinese and taste all good.
Pool is large with very nice view. Staff is attentive with good service mind. We dined in both days we stayed. Thai food is very tasty, my parents really enjoyed this. And food price is reasonable comparing to restaurant outside.
I hope quality of rooms could be improved.

Beautiful and quiet boutique resort away from the hustle of the city. Very small detail is thought of, the garden villa room is gorgeous, feels very authentic and the outdoor bath and shower was glorious. The pool and beach area are well maintained, the restaurant has an excellent food selection and great quality. The service was exceptional and especially Kan who was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend for anyone looking to get some peace and quiet and switch off. Only 10min from the Nongnooch Gardens which is a must see attraction.

This is a multi feedback. Fist this is a fantastic hotel. Why it got 4 stars is because of the price for the service (food and drinks) on the hotel.
We stayed in a house bungalow, the small houses. This was a real good room, but the toilet was placed total stupid in the model of the door to the bathroom. Total stupid.
And there was only bath outdoor, nice and exotic, but not for everybody there is afraid of small animals ???? The cleaning was in top - super service for the cleaning.
The service from the personal was generel in top - But the entry guy, in the reception was the bedst service in Thailand - this guy should have a golden medal. He was nice, friendly, speak English.
The restaurant and morning buffet was also 5 stars ???? good food, But and here is the but - real expensive for eating near Rayoung. If it was normal prices, more people will eat at the restaurant.
The pool area was also 5 stars - beautiful, clean and nice.
The beach was 1 star - that's was one of the biggest problem. The hotel make the beach area clean - but the water is not bathing water... dirty and absolutely not clean.
BUT SUPER HOTEL - and we will come again, another time if we go to this area.

Very good price/value. Here for the second time, but not for the last time..

Staff is professional and adorable. Sea view rooms are beautiful, nice decorated.
The food is excellent. I will go back and I will try other U hotels and resorts in other locations.
