It's a very nice holiday resort with peaceful, tranquil, soothing and relaxing atmosphere, like a sanctuary on the earth. It has sizable room u0026 bathroom with decent facilities. It has really friendly, dedicated and helpful staff, they always greeted you with beautiful smile and humble posture, breakfast was very nice too. However, the location of the resort is really in the middle of no where, plus the resort doesn't provide shuttle bus, etc. Shortly after checking in, we realized that we would need a rental car, otherwise we couldn't go anywhere. The reception worked really hard to understand what rental car is, then looked for a rental car, it wasn't until 10.00pm that the girl found a car for us, as she wasn't very familiar with this rental car stuff, I don't blame her. Well...it will be great if the resort will provide concierge service to assist organizing transportation for the customers, or train up the receptionist to do it. We had similar experience in Phuket, the resort is sitting on top of the cliff overlooking into the ocean, it's also in the middle of nowhere, but the travel agent attached to the resort organized a rental car for us at 1000 bahts per day quickly and smoothly, also, price is very reasonable. So, please SSS do the same for your customers.

Great resort! We've enjoyed so much. Very nice large room (garden villa) with outdoor shower???????? bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was beyond our expectations, lot of choice and very clean and they serve the food for you. The beach very clean with beautiful palmtrees and pool was only a few minutes walk from our room ???????? when you are on the resort it feels like you are in the nature, very beautiful plants etc???? Staff did also an excellent job very friendly. I would totally recommend this resort!

Very greenish environment with nice Villas by the sea side , nice swimming pool and stunning sea view and peaceful quite beach , can have candlelight dinner, a very good singer in the evening at the restaurant really enjoyable if you go there staying tonight to enjoy the entire relaxing moments

First of all I am so glad we paid far less due to the government scheme because paying the normal price simply isn't worth it. The staff are friendly but as someone else mentioned it isn't worth the price. The room was spacious but smells old and needs freshening up. Damp in the room has caused curtains to have mold (see pictures) which is a health hazzard. The room has a condensation issue with the air conditioning therefore it should have some kind of ventilation system. The bed was medium to hard level with pillows being too hard and too high. Sleepless night with neck pain and headache. The morning breakfast was not what I was expecting for a 4 star hotel. Everything behind perspex and served by assistants which made me feel uncomfortable asking. Also the communication was not understanding Thai or English and had to repeat several times. For the price of this hotel you get CP plastic sausages and greasy or dry bacon. The choice bread was okay but could be better. Coffee was the worst compared to another hotel we stayed at. This was from a machine and looked cheap and nasty. I would recommend for those who love a good breakfast to stay in a cheaper room at Sea Sand Sun and go to U Pattaya for breakfast and pay for the all day breakfast. Or just stay there instead. This was my second visit to SSS and I we were very disappointed. I recommend the manager to stay at Kept Bangsaray and see the quality of bed and the breakfast. Good sausages! Learn how to make a good breakfast and improve the bed and change the curtains.

Oceanfront 1-bedroom... Great location with quiet beautiful beach. Muddy sand similar to Pattaya one

Minus one star only because the breakfast table arrangement is quite packed and difficult to walk to our table.

Have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed both the stays. Great beach with pool close by with lots of nice places to relax or hangout. The rooms are very nice we liked the outdoor showers. The breakfast is fairly standard but good quality.
