Rooms could use a little refreshing but the price is good, the beach not to far away (walkable) and service as expected. For a good night or a few nights, this hotel is a clean, quiet and pleasant experience

i had been waiting for room at 5 pm, which it could be qvailable at 2pm, for at least 30 minutes. the pillow was not set after i got a room for an hour. the towel is stinky.

The room is okay but they need to improve bathroom since the drain was clogged and the hot shower was very hard to control (one moment it was very hot and later it was cold). They have small pool in ground floor near the elevator (I didn't bother to use the pool). There were many children swimming and since it was close to the elevator, the water spill into it and surrounding area (I.e. not a clean view). There were many tour group during my stay so the staff has problems managing the cleanliness and other services.

Amazing new hotel rooms are 100% (August 2017) great to get to the Airport and the Cartoon Network Water Park. Local area is being renovated and another building (condo/apartments or hotel) was being built next door, missed breakfast so don't know if it was good, the Thai food from the kitchen was very nice, the pool is open 24 hours and is partially covered. Was almost empty when we stayed, very friendly staff. Large Taxi to Airport cost 700bht.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. Good value for what we paid. My kids love their stay here.

The water was clogged in the bathroom, unstable temperature of rain shower. Uneducated Chinese tourist make noise disturb all day all night, you can here the noise from the room next door even they close the curtain. Only one positive is the room is new

Great clean modern designed rooms, great views. Were greeted with cool juice after checking in and escorted with our bags to the room. Pool! Food u0026 Bar!
