Generally the place was aesthetically pleasing and clean because it was new.

The room was pretty spacious but safety box failed us the moment we arrived. Kudos to the associate Michelle to resolve this immediately. She was really friendly and amicable.

However, toilet was super poorly design - dangerous because bathtub was steep and water keeps spraying out of the shower area. Toilet also keeps clogging.

Housekeeping is slow in response and fail to make up room despite low occupancy. We had to leave our trash outside the door after 3 days of no room cleaning even though we called for assistance.

Door's peephole is so high we can't see anything. ????

Front desk staff doesn't understand English. Refused to bring down our luggage, charged us for water and asked me to visit 7-11 when I wanted some ice.

The rooms are weirdly designed which makes it impossible to sleep during the day because of natural light.

Their restaurant doesn't have main course on the menu. Just appetisers.

Location lacks decent eateries or places to chill. I'd avoid visiting it again.

Rooms are small and pretty. It seems like a new property. Well maintained.

This is just about the spa. I booked a 3hr spa for a gift but felt disappointed by the experience. Got a good price and the massage was ok but there was no music, the staff seemed to be subcontracted and it didn't seem very luxurious compared to the rest of the hotel. The chairs for foot massage were very uncomfortable. Wouldn't go back.

Average location.
Management Did not understand basic English.
No breakfast options not even coffee.
Rooms were clean but very small without balcony.
Not recommended for long stays.

The Lobby is very Hot because they owner try to safe electricity and off the aircon on the lobby. They should goce a good impression for thos who going to check in. my first time experience that the Lobby try to safe electricity aircon and when I check in my whole shirt get wet due to to my sweating. Very bad experiences.

item stolen in room, manager is irresponsible and didnt take any action to solve the issue . avoid this place
