With an honest heart I will write that this is the worst hotel I have stayed in till now.. The staff is rude as hell. They are so arrogant and behave as if customers are staying in free of cost.
The location of hotel is near to Indian restaurant but the area stinks like anything. Coming to the rooms which are very small and guys rooms only have 2 bottles of 500 ml each even if your 2+1 and a kid. They do not provide a spoon nor a plate in room service. The list is long And tiring off I’ll treatment they give To there customers.. Last worst part is the ground floor lobby has no Ac Nor proper staff to attend. The building has 2 lifts and it takes 5-6 min to reach you your room..
In short I will conclude to all fellow Indians avoid this at any cost.

Good location and I really love swimming pool due to no chlorine smell. Room was clean.
Hotel staff must give a refresh training for customer service.
There was no smiling face from hotel staff. And aircondition was not good and the toilet pipe has very strong water pumping and I cannot use it.
I dont think the price and service are fair. I wont go back again to that hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights ie. 15th and 16th June. There service was horrible, pathetic and poor. There is no Indian Veg. food and there is no 24/7 housekeeping service. They did not clean our room despite multiple reminders. In our bathroom, the water was clogging.
I insist NOT to opt this hotel if any travel agent is recomming you.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights ie 15 u0026 16th june 2022. This hotel has been generally offered by most of the Travel agents including MMT. We could see lot of Indians as well but not a single appropriate Indian dish. House Keeping service was bad as they gave an extra bed which was not comfortable. Play area was closed. Staff at the restaurant was uncourteous. Bathroom showers and wash basin knob was not working. On the whole not at all worth staying for an Indian family. Travel agents like MMT should not offer such hotel facility to guests.

Wonderful city view from the hotel rooms.
Location also brilliant as all necessary shops like 7-Eleven, Indian Restaurants, etc. are nearby.

We had a connected room.
The view from the room is great.
Onboarding was quite slow.
Breakfast was average. Not the best experience.

Almost 10 min of walking distance from this hotel to Indira Market in Bancock you can find good street food here
