Stayed at the hotel and had 5 days buffet breakfast in a row. Their halal food with varieties were really amaizing with light music at background. Stuff were friendly and helpful.
Notable items were - chicken sausage and ham, waffle, scrambled egg, orange juice.
Buffet breakfast was complementary with room at hotel, but you can pay and dine in here also.
Breakfast hour is from 6-10am.

Amazing food.. various cuisines like Indian, Arabian, etc. Some of the most authentic tasting Biryanis and Indian foods. Their continental collection was also amazing.. the burger is juicy and yummy.. absolutely one of the best I've had. Very child friendly and helpful staff.

The place is not exactly an Indian/Pakistani restaurant. There was smell in the chicken and the mint was too bitter. Butter naan was very good. Overall if you’re someone who has a problem with the smell, you must avoid it. I was highly disappointed.

Very nice Halal Restaurant! A Good variety of Authentic Thai dishes as well as some Indian dishes. Ambience is very nice and so is the presentation of Food. Portions were not big a bit small I think apart from that a wonderful place and I loved it very much. They have an Award Winning Pad Thai the National Dish of Thailand! Will definitely Recommend it and will surely visit again whenever I visit Bangkok. I visited in September 2014 so the pictures I am posting are 4 years old. Staff is also very nice and friendly!

The menu selection is huge here at the Canal Restaurant / Sara Restaurant. They have a full menu of Thai, Chinese and Western food catering to the various foreigners staying in the Nuovo Hotel. Service was fast. The tom yum soup was excellent - the broth was flavourful and spicy. The beef curry was equally tasty and in perfect portion for me. The price was extremely reasonable. If I stayed longer, I would have kept coming back to order different dishes on the menu. Overall, impressed with the quality of the dishes, portions, price, service and selection.

The best tomyam and salted egg beef. Large portion. A bit pricey but for the great taste, who cares..

Best restaurant for those who wants to eat halal in Thailand ( Bangkok ) reasonable in price and very good in taste. Staff was polite u0026 andambience was neat and clean. Highly recommended.
