Sleep Tight is a nice, easy going and very clean place. Although it's located quite central, it's just far away enough from the big chaos going on a few streets further. You get a fresh towel which is not standard for most of the hostels. The facilities are also clean and maintained. Cosy rooms will give you definitely a tight sleep and the lobby is very inviting. The manager and the staff speak good English and will make sure you have a pleasant time. In total a lovely place where I felt at home. I would come again. Thank you. Michael

based on location it was great, 5 to 10 mins walk to khao san road. Far enough to not get the noise, but close enough to get there walking. If you want to avoid khao san there are many nice restaurants around the block. the staff was ok, although on arrival there was a problem with hostel price booking, (which was not our fault) but anyway we end up having to wait 30 mins on the waiting area until the owner try to fix it with the app company, not ideal after a 14 hour flight. After waiting, finally we got checked in, and finally, got the shower I very much needed. the rooms were quite small, the bed confortle and the decoration was beautiful. the one thing I would say is ut they can definitely work on their cleaning, especially with the towels and the floor under the bed not very clean. Breakfast basic but enough. In all is a nice quiet place to stay.

Staff was extremely friendly. Felt super comfy here. Met some awesome people here as well. Good cafes around the corner and street food next door. Really good location near Kao San Road. We slept really good here and would come back.

Truly nice and caring family hostel.
Everything is brand new.
The people here made my trip to Bangkok for a week far better than any amount of tour groups.
Very clean, very friendly and always helpful and happy.
Everything I could ask for and more.

Prior to our arrival we advised the Hotel that we would be arriving extremely early 5am in the morning as we had just caught an overnight bus. On arrival we were asked to wait until 2pm to check in which we expected. After 9 hours of waiting and wandering the city we arrived back to the hotel at 1pm. There was no one at the reception desk so we decided to wait in the reception area. At 2.10pm a lady returned to the front desk. I was at the front of the queue but for some reason she decided to serve the ladies behind me first. When I was seen to we were told to wait an additional hour for our room.
Why was a note not left on our booking upon arrival to let reception/housekeeping know we had arrived and should take priority?!
This was a very poor welcoming to be honest, not happy.

Very comfortable stay. Amenities are there, TV have Netflix and there's internet though sometimes it doesn't have any connection but its fine considering the price. There's also free dinner which changes everyday.

One of the best place to book in Bangkok. A little expensive, but really good located, rooms are comfortable and clean. And staffs speak english very vell.
