Best Gym in Bangkok. Location is best for work lunch sessions. The set up is well planned out for circuit workouts and recommend to any expat or fitness enthusiast .

A very private gym that makes anyone and everyone feel welcome. But, the highlight of this gym is the very knowledgeable and capable trainers at the helm ready to teach, motivate, and encourage.

Clean, tidy gym with friendly and personable staff and equipped with showers. Plus they sell unsweetened protein shakes. A+.
