I've been to every Anytime locations in Bangkok, including the one that recently closed at Lumpini Park, and can claim this is the largest one with the most new equipment. Yes it is nice and has just about every equipment you'll need. There seems to be 2 full time cleaners that are constantly wiping down equipment which is really nice and appreciated. I wish I could given them tips!
HOWEVER... I can't get myself to give 5 stars because of the poor service quality of some of the staff in this establishment. The manager and at least 2 of his "trainers" come off extremely rude and unfriendly. I see them sometimes workout and they don't even rerack their own weights. If you ask any questions, they kinda shrug you off like they have more important things to do. The arrogance is definitely real here. Having said that, there are some good and friendly staff including the saleswoman who always greets and smiles at every guest.
I'd recommend the manager get some proper training in customer service so his staff have a good example to follow. Otherwise, an excellent club.
