I have worked out there for a year and I loved it! They have challenging yet do-able classes for everyone's level. Trainers are knowledgeable and motivating and friendly. It is clean, modern and top of the line equipment.

I LL be honest. I did not expect to like it but now I love it. The class was intense and very fun. The teacher is very attentive to the details. And having people so motivates around really pushes you. And you can measure you performance. Yes it is expensive for Banghok but gosh it is worth it ! Now I am sad I don't have the gym in London and have been looking for something similar endlessly... Best work out ever
