We loved this place. The staff was amazingly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful on several occasions. The views from pretty much everywhere at the hotel are breathtaking. They have a buy one get one happy hour that we took advantage of everyday while relaxing at the pool. The pool is amazing, with an exceptional view of Kata Noi beach.

The only con of staying here (and isn’t a complaint, just a byproduct of geography) is that getting off the hilltop this place is on is difficult to do on foot due to a lack of sidewalk, so we had to take a rather expensive cab ride (300 baht) down off the hill to get dinner a couple nights. During the day, the resort runs a shuttle to and from the beach every two hours that is a wonderful help given the hilltop positioning.

Nook Dee is a beautifully appointed Resort on a hill overlooking Kata Beach. The infinity pool was gorgeous with a view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The room was tastefully and colorfully decorated with traditional Thai fabrics and a super comfy pillow top bed.
It was immaculately clean.
The included breakfast was a good variety of East meets West. Friendly, approachable customer service and little extras such as a free shuttle to the beach, bottled water replenished daily and happy hour made my stay that little bit special. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying at Kata Beach.

Stunning sea views from many rooms and roof-top style swimming pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Worth booking the breakfast with your room. Daily shuttle to Kata Beach area, last one goes in at 5pm in but nothing back to hotel after that. 200 thb to catch taxi back. Hotel restaurant food is very good.

Can't say enough about this hotel! At check in there was a small mix up with the rooms so we were unable to stay in the room tier we had booked (through Expedia no less :/) but they were so gracious that they let us stay in their premium villa for the 1 night until our permanent room freed up! The staff has been so warm and welcoming. Our room is incredible and and the in-house restaurant is delicious. The one downside as people have mentioned is that the hotel is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill. We rented a motorbike to solve this issue but they do offer shuttle service into town almost every hour.

The resort offers fantastic sunset viewing, however anyone who wants an easy access to the beach may struggle with the steep incline close to the resort. I have stayed at this hotel three years ago and loved it and came back again but something has changed and I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I thought I would. I didn’t mind the steep hike as there was also an hourly shuttle provided by the hotel. But when we checked in, we had 2 big bags and 2 backpacks, and one of had an injury and was struggling to bring ours bags to the hotel reception. Seeing us struggle didn’t make the reception staff provide us with any help, in fact not even a welcome or a glass of water! We also found the service of the staff at the breakfast hit or miss! Overall, the sunsets were pretty but we won’t be staying here again.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The hotel and bar staff are also extremely friendly without being pushy. The only thing stopping this being a 5 star review is that the food available at the pool during the day is a bit pricey (300thb for a sandwich). However the free hourly shuttle service to the beach from the hotel remedies this. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if i returned to Phuket.

expensive resort with a nice pool. the staffs were very welcome with service minded. good troubleshooting when some of their guest took my belonging from the reception area. It actually my fault because I'm not carefully taking care my own stuffs but they did their best to help me. very impress with that.
