If your eating here it's probably because you're staying at either foto hotel or Nook Dee. The prices are reasonable and of course the pad thai is 100 baht. Wasn't really a big fan of the other dishes I tried but to each his own. They also have a good view overlooking the beach and the sunsets were beautiful on the patio

Wonderful location, with great food and attentive service.

And as a bonus a beautiful sunset on the left and big Buddha on the right.

Uninterested/unmotivated looking workers.
Family owned business, family as staff

We are staying at the Fotohotel, which is very close to this restaurant.

The food was cheap with no service fee. We went there 3 times. While being there we noticed a couple of times the whole staff and the owner plus the rest of the family eating in front of us at their own table. This made the waiters unavailable for service so we didn't want to disturb them although we needed help. This seemed unprofessional.

We noticed that one of the two waiters seemed quite uninterested in us as if we were bothering her. She would put our food on our table in a hasty way, looking very bored and didn't even look at us. We found this disrespectful.

We also noticed they only seemed more interested after we left a bit more tips.

I don't think most travelers in Thailand will care much about these stuff, nor do I think the business will change their ways since it's a family business. How ever, as a paying customer, I expect a bit more than what I received and I won't return.
On the other hand, Foto Hotel has great customer service.

Delicious food (get the spring rolls and the Penang chicken), dinner for 2 for under 500 baht and they played basically our complete wedding playlist. And they have a cute cat.

Amazing food, amazing view, super nice people. A must if you are in the area! Vegan/Vegetarian options available too!

The hidden gem in phuket, close to nook dee hotel .
We had the best fried rice ever !
We keep coming back for more
If we 'd ever come back to phuket again, we definitely visit this place again

A pity there’s no view but the food and the price is decent. Staff is nice too :)
