Clean and tidy, best place to stay on Kata beach at this price. Close to the beach, however there is no walkway and it's dangerous to go along the road. Not a problem if bike is available

That' my 2nd stay in Thai in this Guest House. And I'm absolutely pleased with it's service, location (quiet street, just 5 minutes to the sea), price and welcoming atmosphere! Here you can also rent a bike. Next time I will definitely choose this place again

Stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed our stay here. Mainly because we got top floor room with mountain view. The view was breath taking with breeze all the time. We rarely needed to turn on ac. Hotel is very clean and making up your room every day. There is no elevator in the hotel as it is only 4 storey building...but we were not bothered using stairs. Bed sheets and other linen provided is too old and sometimes bit pale but always clean. For 27$/night... it's great value for money. Forgot to mention, young girl at reception is bit rude... try to speak to the old lady who is manager/owner and she handles everything well.

Clean, friendly staff, quite. Spent there 2 days. You can deal about the price.
