It is surprisingly ok stay. The room was very spacious, with all the basic equipments like hair dryer etc. In the building there is a elevator, which was quite awesome. Airco is old but functions perfectly.

The bed was very clean but quite hard, if that is an issue for you.

The hotel is 5-10mins walk to the beach area. It was really quite in the night ;)

I would say it worthes my money

Felt like a nice hotel back in England with all your home comforts. Hotel is located in a very good location. Public transportation is just around the corner. I am impressed with the staffs services. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The view from the rooftop was beautiful.

This hotel features a rooftop hot tub cover photo on every travel site I could find it. The reality is the entire rooftop is being renovated and is unaccessible. I would have been more forgiving if the hotel was not so misleading. The room itself was average and contains a balcony, hair dryer, and mini fridge. The staff was friendly enough but made no attempt to notify us about the renovation.

Lovely cheap and cheerful hotel with rooftop access and jacuzzi. Pins restraunt is an integral part serving great freshly cooked food,beers and various other beverages. This is a lovely laid back place to visit with pin and partner freddy,offering a very friendly welcome.

Rooms are outdated but for the price you pay it's totally ok and the bed is nice and blanket is so soft and pillows like from heaven, staff very very helpful and will give you advice at any time,will even leave a lunch table to answer your questions which was so genuine. Definitely good spot if you want to be close to beach and close to bars and restaurants in Kata are in Phuket.

Rooms are very basic with balconies. The head of staff speak english fluently. The kids loved the big bathtub in the room. The bathrooms are a generous size. The neighborhood seems pretty safe to walk around at night. Its very expensive for what you get. Breakfast is not bad and guests can choose between american and continental breakfast.

We booked this hotel in advance to a good latestay price. The location is decent depending what you are after. The breakfast we had here was not very good, average at best. We were quite happy with the room. Would you like to be welcomed after a long day.
