The best food and table service in Kata Beach. Chai Thaifood serve a mixed diet menu of traditional Thai cuisine with 2 whole pages dedicated to vegetarian food. The setting feels fresh, clean and calming. The table service is friendly, informative, and timely. But most of all, the food tastes amazing! The fresh ingredients and layered textures are suitably quaffed back with a glass of wine, yet the bill is more than affordable… I highly recommend slipping away from the kata beach coastline and heading a few moments up the road to Chai ThaFood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have a vegetarian menu available! Ordered Mango Juice (fantastic!) and Tom Yum (so-so). Staff was super welcoming and kind, they provided free fruit platter as well. View and cafe decoration is lovely! Will recommend to come here.

Good food, reasonable price, owner is friendly. The fried toast with minced pork was surprisingly yummy.

We had the pleasure of eating at Chai Thai food several times while in Phuket last week. Excellent Thai food, tasty and very well prepared, each time with free fresh fruit included. Kind and very friendly people, who also provided us a taxi ride to the airport at a good price.
I wholeheartedly recommend patronising these lovely people their restaurant.

Had an excellent dinner here. Papaya salad, curry, vegetables and banana fritters for dessert. Really good fresh Thai food and warm hospitality. And all reasonably priced. Definitely a good little restaurant that doesn't feel as touristy as many of the others along the beaches.

This is a fantastic family run restaurant. Simon, the owner, is very friendly and we enjoyed talking to him and practicing our Thai, he speaks great English. Food is fantastic, lovely restaurant, prices are very reasonable. It's everything to love about Thailand.
