I must say this is my favorite hotel, the environment is very very good, the staff is very friendly and amazing helpful, this is a villa, the price is very cheap, the environment is very quiet natural,very good hotel to experience local Thai life,super recommended????????????

The room was like, 268 baht a night!!!!! Tonight only 154 baht. Given the price you cant beat it. Its a nice big room with a bed and clean bath room and toilet. Its nothing fancy, but not bad either. They have smart tv, so you can watch youtube all you want. Staff is very friendly. Theres no restaurant but its a great location with stunning views of sunset and beach. Love this little place????????❤️⛱️????

I was a bit hesitant to book this place due to really bad reviews. I booked anyways cause of the views. As soon got there we loved it, the rooms are spacious, the view from the balcony is beautiful. Owner and family are very friendly and attended to our needs. Free shuttle to the beach and back every four hours as tge resort is very high on the hill. Nice cool room air conditioning. The only thing i did'nt like was that the shower had no curtain/door to separate it from toilet, water goes every where.
Reviews complained about noise outside, you are up in the hills and nature all around you. Expect the birds chirping, chickens and all loud insects. My kids loved the pool that we swam all day and relaxed. Highly recommend if you love nature

Resort is good.... They don't provide any lunch or dinner only breakfast.... Reaching to this resort is very difficult... You should have your own mode of transportation....

Not perfect, but good. Very good value for money. Little bit far away from the seaside, but the place is very peacefull.

I liked this place so much I'm actually reluctant to write this in fear of contributing to it getting too busy! It's truly a little slice of heaven if you dread the crowds of the city when visiting Phuket. I live on a much smaller quieter island, so the fast traffic and the drunk skanky tourists and the congested towns are a bit much for my taste. I have to go to Phuket for business sometimes, so I'm relieved to have finally found a spot that's properly quiet and spacious and lush- while being affordable. Pool, great views, nice staff, comfortable rooms- it's great. The only word of warning is the hill going up to it is not ideal for.a nervous driver, it's crazy steep! I was laughing going up it, like "seriously?". But as long as you're prepared to put your car in low gear or lean forward on your motorbike, it's well worth it :)

Perfect place faraway from noizy center town, but need rent a motorcycle for reach this resort on the top of the hill. It's individual villa with a swimming pool nearby. Free transportation to the beach 4 time per day. Perfect quality price in Karon. Patak road is very noizy and beach side more expensive.
