Overall nice experience in Chic Condos. The airport pickup was flawless and stress free, check in was easy and the staff helpful. The condo was clean and spacious, the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Everything just appeared slightly run down and could be spruced up a little, there is a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the shower doesnt drain properly. All of the negatives are definitely outweighed by positives though, in my opinion. Great area, lots to do - bars, shopping, markets, the beach. Also, make sure you get written confirmation of airport pick up time if you will be using their service to return to the airport, we had a lite hiccup there but it was corrected quickly.

All the properties they have in Phuket look wise is amazing, bjt, when it comes to the service, I say a big No to them.
Tried two of their properties Ocean View Condo and chic condo.
At ocean view they are not physically present and once you reach their you have to call them and which also we were not aware and the other agaent available there told us, helped us to call them. At first we could not reach them .later once we spoke, they came after one and a half hours

Again considering it incidental and seeing the property so good we moved to another property of them which is Chic condo atat karom beach, in the evening all of a sudden there was a power cut. We informed them. First they asked us to go down and check at the reception and there was nobody. Then they said they are sending someone and for two and a half hours no one came.We kept following up.

They take all the money in advance plus a 5 k deposit that too in cash and Thai currency which once they return getting it exchanged again cause the loss over the exchange rate.

Big no.

Location is perfect, if you come to holiday for 2 weeks or 1 mounts, everything near, shops, massage, bar, good view from room, room big have a bath!! swimming pool, security, rooms are fully equipped!!

Nice location up a slight hill. Close to beaches and shops. Great staff and facilities

Great place to stay for business trip as well holiday with family or girlfriend. Highly recommended. There is pool and gym. 10 minutes walking to beach.
