A peaceful temple. I recommend climbing to the last story and meditate facing the view. There is a very calming atmosphere here when we visited.

Beautiful temple structure maintained very well.

Should visit it during the day to see it against the backdrop of the mountains and also at night to see how well lit the structure is.

The two completely different views make it all the more charming.

Do try and visit when the monks are in attendance so that you may seek their blessings.

Couldnt go inside the temple, nothing much to see/do there. Phuket offers other, better places ... but if you already stay in Karon might be worth a visit.

If you are looking for calm place to explore the culture and religion in Phuket I highly recommend wat karon its place in a very easy access road people there are lovely and its amazing to take pictures

Temple grounds well kept and wardens controlling those who haven't dressed appropriately or try to bring alcohol in. Twice weekly market on the grounds is worth a visit. A pleasant and friendly place.
