We stayed here for a week (sandbox) as it was the most affordable SHA+ Hotel that looked nice. And it was the best choice! Very clean and nice rooms. Staff was super friendly and they cleaned our room daily. Fair price for motorbike renting and we loved the location in Karon. The massage place in front was very good and the temple night market was right next door too. Can recommend to staying here. Only weird thing was, that the bathroom had an open glass into the room so we needed to cover it with a blanket.

We were the first guests at this hotel when it opened. The owner mr sumpop taught me how to make fried rice and treated us like family. Perfect!

Pros:
- Building is clean
- 10 minute walk to Karon beach
- Owner is super nice and helpful, he showed us a few good local places to eat and helped us out with a few errands.
- Room provides shampoo, bar soap, bottled water and bath towels. The other fluff wasn't important to me so it worked out.

Cons:
- There's a window between bathroom and main room
- Our room, which is closest to the street, hears all street noise

Close to perfect... Staff is friendly, rooms are 8/10 clean.
But no coffee and mattress could be softer, water pressure for shower could be better

Absolutely love this place for its location, price, neatness and friendly owner. Daily cleaning. No breakfast I think.

Super fast wifi. Room 104.

725 bahts/night in november. Can't go wrong for that price!

Steps away from the Temple Market (saturday night)

8 mins walk to restaurants and bar and 15 min walk to the beach.

Owner rents motorbikes for 200-250bht a day.

He always has a smile! Knows a bit english so it helps.

A lot of russians here.

It's a very peaceful place to be in, the people who I have met there are very friendly and attentive
