We first had a room not like we asked for. Biggest problem is that from 6pm there's only teenagers to take care of the Hotel who don't understand anything and not really trying to help.
But the next morning someone helped us to get a great new room.
Beautiful pool
We stayed for 5 days and it was a good stay

Big area surrounding with trees and garden, the bed room is quite big nearly 35sq. M.big swimming pool 25 M. long, very close to Phuket Bangkok Hospital,when one needs help the ambulance will come and take care about 5minutes ,excellent for the seniors who are looking for safe place to stay.

Very kind and attentive staff!!!
The hotel is in a good location, I would say it is in the town center, but not on a main road which gives a good opportunity to have quiet nights. There is a small park near the hotel.
Btw if you are traveling by a bus from the airport, the bus stop ( Tesco Lotus) in 10 minutes walk to the hotel.
I would like to say a big thank you to Lex and her husband Hermut for help . They have been very helpful.

Great location in Phuket. Walking distance to washer and dryer without the ridiculously expensive price. Walking distance to 7-11 and Hospital. Owners are very nice and accommodating, will do anything to make sure guest are taken care of. Rooms are a little outdated and balcony didn't have much of a purpose.

Spacious rooms , away from crowd. Lot of 711 in walkable distance. Extremely helpful staff. They dropped us to a nearby massage place by car. The best staff ever. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Nice and spacey place with decent prices and some weird shortcomings - E.g. the only way to the balcony is through the window (next to the window is a special seat for climbing on both sides).
