First room looked like it may have had animals living down the cracks in the wall and ceiling! Rust on the bathroom walls. Room was in poor shape so we asked to move rooms which was better but there were stains on the carpet which looked like puke! We reported it again at the front desk but nothing was done as the manager had left for the day! We covered the puke with a towel and stayed the 1 night as we were affraid of losing our payment.

The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non-smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bugs were everywhere! ! The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily.

The hotel room itself was dirty, the lights in the bedroom did not work, the bathroom sink did not work, the TV was broke, hot water handle in the showers broke. And I am handicapped I asked for a room on The lower level and they put me on the 2 floor way in the back! I had to go to the front to get my key redone three times because I couldn’t get in, And I finally did I could not get the door shut. I Have Parkinson’s and it’s hard to walk , they made my trip even more miserable than it was.

Room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. Had to close the drains to the sink and bathtub because when we came in the room their was the biggest palmetto bug I’ve ever seen creeping around the bathroom. It was also WAY off the beaten path.

Did not seem like a safe area. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. The outlets were overloaded(how they haven’t had an electrical fire is beyond me). My room smelled like urine and there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom.

Everything! The place is horrendous and disgusting…

I was told that my room would have several amenities like a microwave and a.c. unfortunately, There was only a mini-fridge in my room and the air conditioner didn’t work at all.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bedsheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.

Only can say that I’m disappointed that hotel is not flexible and understanding to consider my request for cancellation due to special medical reason.
