Very Tiny room and can hardly accomodate 2 people leave aside one more child or other people.

I had booked this place from GoIbibo through FavStay group and the photos shown on the portal are completely misleading.
The photos on the portal show a room on a higher floor but ours was on the ground floor like a dungeon.
The amenities were great and room was clean but what's the use, as we could not even fit into the room. The view we had was of the swimming pool on the floor.

When contacted GoIbibo their staff was very helpful however FavStay was not co-operating. They plainly said that if we do not like the accomodation we can cancel but will not get a refund.

We decided to stay on and asked for a roll away bed for our 9 year old and all they have us was a 1.5 inch thick mattress like sheet and we had to lay it out ourselves, no pillow and no sheet to pull over. Such was the Bad Service that we have been given.

Finally we decided to book a other hotel for less price in Patong and moved out the very next day.

My complaint is not against the complex or GoIbibo but it's FavStay for horrible service and not delivering what they show

The building is fantastic. Beautiful views from the top, decent gym, well stocked kitchen. The ground floor pool seems to always have shade and has a child safe section where my 1yo could waddle around. One complaint would be the decision to have a glass wall separation to the bedroom; it makes the space very difficult to use if somebody is trying to sleep.

great condo! great location! great pool! enjoy to stay there!*7/11 not far away, taxi service and nice park on the other side of the road. gym with perfect view. quite place. definitely recommend!

Just loved it here.
Newest modern housing complex in the area, with a superb rooftop infinity pool, gym. Very convenient to get around various locations like about 30min drive to Patong. Central Festival mall and Phuket Old town also close by.

Can close out the evening with a visit to the relaxed Chillva night market in walking distance or some of the other night markets around. Food stalls, sightseeing agent, and a few pretty good cafes to discover as well.

Need to rent for at least a month, I understand.

Great view from the rooftop pool. Apartments are spacious and have great AC. Location is far from Phuket Town, but there are cute restaurants and cafes nearby.

- Great value
- Amazing rooftop pool and garden
- Convenient location

Negatives
- Apartments are cramped
- Only two elevators so you often have to wait for a very long time
- Strangely designed entrance with no path for pedestrians
- Gym is very small with a poor choice of equipment, it is also often filled with residents who have extremely poor etiquette
