Did not expect it to be so good but it was a great place. Clean well kept' nice staff very helpful and good service. Check in was smooth and their welcome drink was so refreshing in the heat. Its about an hour away from the airport near Karon beach. The beach is just 10 minutes walk. Beach is very clean and not crowded. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel too and the resort too has a restaurant. They have 2 pools and again very good and clean. It's too hot for the roof top pool but the pool on the ground floor is clean and not deep at all. Food at the restaurant too was good. They have buffet breakfast too. Had a great time there. Will definitely want to go back there.

Me and my friends arrived early and we were accommodated properly with the most service minded staff I have ever known. The rooms are very clean. The staff, Ice, is so nice to orientate us to our room and explain the necessities. The staff are however a tad clueless in terms of distance and and costs of taxis. Excellent value for money and I wish I could have stayed more nights.

The hotel is beautiful with very beautiful location near to Karon beach. The staff is very polite and quite friendly. The rooms and washroom are also well maintained. House keeping was good and did their job well. They even arranged for a cake on my wife’s birthday and the staff came and sang the song for us.
All in all our stay was pleasant and couldn’t ask for more..????

Fabulous hotel! The service is good, room numbers are spare and clean, breakfasts are full of different food. The road to the seaside is nice, you are walking around the lake in the shadow of trees. Karon is clean also, even early in mornings, a little bit wavy, but beautiful and resonant. We like everything in this country❤

This is a hotel that understand how to treat their guests right. Let me detail my experience: I arrived around noon to check in and was greeted by the receptionist enthusiastically. She offered me a mango ice cream cone (that is properly frozen and served in a chilled cup so the ice cream remains at the right temperature) and then followed by a cold drink while she prepared the paperwork. I knew it was going to be an issue to check in this early so I waited patiently. She came back after about 10 minutes and confirmed what I was expecting however she offered me a couple of towels and invited me to go to the pool area to wait. She also gave me a 20% off coupon for their restaurant so I can have lunch while the room is being prepared. I decided to have lunch. I ordered their lunch special which is the supreme burger with a beer for 300 bahts and the burger was very well prepared. I should mention that the wait staff were all extremely attentive. They gave me an ice cold towel to cool down when I sat down. That was a very nice touch. There is 10% SC included on the food bill automatically. I was able to check in 15 mins before 2pm. Upon entering my room I found it was neat and tidy. No complaint whatsoever.

Property is new and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and big. The market and beach is a bit of a walk though. WiFi is troublesome with 10 different networks. The shower on top floor fluctuate between cold and hot randomly. Can't say about lower floors. In room dining is good.

This resort had amazing customer service. The entire staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and room service was very prompt. This resort had 2 pools both very clean and kept in good condition. The WiFi in the room was also good. We were located a 5-7 min walk to the closet beach and market. Great restaurants and massage parlours located near by. I would highly recommend this resort.
