Friendly place, the staff are lovely and even remembered my drink better than I did haha. It is quite sad to hear how the tourist industry has been hit with covid (as is the case everywhere) you can tell this area was once a bustling area. I do hope things pick up soon.

A very good friendly pub with a good selection of beer including, obviously, as the name would imply, good draught Guinness. The pub also provides a good selection of food at reasonable prices. A very large burger, fries and trimmings can be had for baht 250, And roast Sunday lunch providing all of the various meats at just over 300 baht. An excellent price when you see what you receive. Good sports coverage, I've just watched a 12:15 kickoff of World Cup rugby between Uruguay and Fiji and enjoyed an excellent Caesar salad. Worth a visit!

Despite Covid and very quiet in Karon.
O'tools is still open. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely Irish Pub - guesthouse. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

We had Sunday Roast last week with our travailing band of Sunday Roast addicts at ANGUS O'TOOLS in Karon. The service was friendly and attentive, food was delicious, the owner was warm and informative, without being in your face. The desserts were unbelievably delectable, so much so I asked to take his last trifle home. Unfortunately it wasn't plated for take away, so he carefully packed the parfait bowl in a container and just asked that I drop it back next time I was going past! THAT'S service and THAT'S why we recommend Angus O'Tools to anyone that enjoys great food and service.

Came here with the family for a late breakfast on a Tuesday and the place was reasonably quiet around midday.

Two of us went for the medium sized breakfast combo (weren't interested in the black pudding of the larger breakfast) and it was good value.

Place isn't as large as I expected and the gap between the smoking outside tables and non smoking indoor tables is pretty non existent so expect the smell of smoke whilst you are eating... Which is a shame but nevertheless it's an Irish pub not a full blown restaurant.

Happy to come here again.

A fun place. The reception girls were so nice and helpful. Best fish and chips I've had. Stayed three nights in the guest house. It was good for the price. Nothing amazing but everything worked and it was in a great location.
