Fabulous hotel, great food at restaurant and beautiful staff. Kids loved the pool, rooms spacious and well equipped. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, so friendly and helpful. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us when there was an issue with our booking at another hotel. Excellent location near the beach, a night market and many restaurants.

I couldn't find any faults. Beautiful staff who made sure that we were happy, nothing was too hard. Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job cleaning the room daily and making sure that there was fresh water. Food was delicious. We loved it so much that we will be back next year.

Great central location with friendly staff, wonderful air conditioned rooms and a great restaurant. The room we chose had it own spa pool and this was awesome. As an fyi don’t get your dry cleaning don’t in the hotel as they are considerably more expensive than the local lady around the corner. Thailand is awesome and this is a great place to rest up after a fun days outing.

Can not fault the hotel, room cleaned everyday, fresh water given, 2 swimming pools, 1 with slides u0026 quite large pool just at the back of the Azure breakfast room. Very good selection of breakfast, all very enjoyable u0026 spotlessly clean. Staff polite u0026 friendly, would recommend this hotel. Thankyou for a great holiday

Staff so helpful, pleasant and keen to please. Food at breakfast excellent, accommodation a bit tired looking. However very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Linen and room services daily. Reception so welcoming but do agree with previous review that pool music sounds and feels like punishment after a while. Any repair or problem is attended to promptly. Thankyou all for making our stay here very enjoyable.

Karon Beach Centara was excellent as usual, all the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We spent a bit of time around the pool bar, and there was one staff member Nina who was the best we had behind the bar. She was keen to learn English and one of the only bar staff that could understand and speak English. Nina even showed us an English written novel she had been reading to improve her English. She was always polite, friendly and had a smile on her face. Happy to help us, nothing was to hard. We wish her well in her hospitality career.

I usually stay at the Centara Grand, however thought to give the Centara Karon Resort a chance. Delighted by the services and amenities of this resort for the price point. Family friendly and clean spacious rooms are necessities this resort provides. Having close proximity to local shops, restaurants, bar and beach is an absolute plus above the Centara Grand. Already looking at future holidays here next time I'm in the tropical holiday mood!
