A nice restaurant with good views in the heart of town. Excellent service. I ordered steak and a trip to the salad buffet came with the meal. The steak was good. It was my first Australian grain fed steak. While I enjoyed it, I would compare the cut I had to USDA select, or maybe choice grade, however. It wasn't the prime tasting cut I had hoped for.

Very nice, helpful cool and clean. Wide variety of thai and European meals and drinks. Good service although a little to quick between first and second courses - let's say it came out all at once. Not to pricey at all. All in all worth a stop in to say hi and have a feed. Sure you will like it too

Although the happy hour ends at 1900 everyday, all staffs here makes how to make customers happier. Steaks here are tender and juicy, and staffs make sure to come and ask how we are enjoying foods. We had some mosquitos under the table biting us, so we talked to one of the staffs and she immediately walked to pharmacy to buy repellent and brought it to us to apply. EAD - manager here is really the customer oriented staff. Two thumbs up.

We went eating at the Karon Cafe due to the positive critics and the fact that all critics has been replied to. The place is very clean and inviting. The food was cheap and surprisingly good compared to other places. I would personally recommend Thai Food there. Especially the Cashew Chicken.

Skip the ribs, they were not good. Panaeng curry was really nice, just heavy on lemongrass. Service was friendly and attentive. Soup and salad bar was terrible. Four stars for the curry.

Ate 2 meals there, first was good with nice staff ( male) 2nd time the staff ( girl) was more interested in chatting to other cafes staff on the street. The food the 2nd time was very low quality and I didn't eat mine ( other than some rice) I even ordered some fries as extra as I was so hungry. Dissatisfied
